Nachsthade part three from Sanzi. Minimal dusk riders. Stuff that shakes the dust off the system. Delicate left-right steppers with a lightweight touch. Headtwisting robo funk drawn from them haziest of terraces a la Alci, Maya Jane Coles, and Mental Carnival. Tip.

Alin reeling it in for the finale. KUNE head-maestro on a querked astral-minimalism. Some decade+ in the dance distilled through the dials. Hours in the pit making for a particular kind of flowstate blending in one long, gradual swirl. A fourfour rhythmic analogia playing as a guide through layered worlds of austere progressive spatiality. Like old meeting new in a linkarm dance via efdemin, Monolake, glob deejay. Excellent. Tip.

Barbara Hryciuk’s Moodtapes returns to see it in. A dedication to Błoto, the Wroclaw-based free ambi-beat-jazz experimental assemblage. Talking through the meaning behind each release, and letting the sonics do the rest. Playful, weird, introspective and affective. Good stuff. Tip.

Anders Åkergren boots it off. Something close to home listening. Wood panelled furniture. Blissful, dripping, deep-cut selections of post-funk italo, electro, house, ‘n lounge fusions. Gliding keys on crunched analogia. Winx to Au Pairs to Francesca. Oozes with it this one. Transportive stuff. Tip.

BlackLadyFingers opens up Friday in a dedication to Gyedu-Bley Ambolley. Ghanaian music played in a jukebox sequence. 3 albums of seminal easy-listening guitar and brass-led African funk/jazz fusion music, contemporary highlife, from ‘Ochoko Bila’ to ‘Ma Play’ to ‘Little Small Girl’.

Voibesh on experi-dial for this RP debut. No rules style stuff. Experiments on non-linear club, fuzz-trap, dubstep, bit of James Blake folksiness, Skrillex, all sorts. Anything goes. Pop logics meets grime meets ambi-experimentalism meets 2010 flume-style synth jabbers. Quite the statement.

Hour two, our dear leader. Slinking through dubwise rhythm which gives way to a layered build of driving analogia. Abstraction and direction in interplay. Mangling minimal, electro, and acid together in a seance, a dialogue, the dancing voice of the core’s industrial ghosts. Grizzled steelyard timbres in a soundtracking for terminal sermons. inside//out w/ inesse
Inesse twists it on its head and gives it a slap for this edition of inside//out. Spanner in the rhythm but it keeps going. Such are the juxtapositions of post-century minimal techno. Cyclical grooves which throw your head and lock your feet. Villalobos, Özer, SDP. Age defining soundtracks for lovers of extended basement dwelling. Excellent.
