A cornerstone of the NYC Underground, Mui Mui weaves tracks across the dub continuum with dynamic selections that accentuate percussion, groove, and bass. Mui Mui’s precise mixing and fearless approach to genre serves to make dance floors feel at once mischievous and cohesive, sacred and sultry.

Guided by her devotion to sound system culture and bass forward arrangements, though never limited by genre, Mui Mui weaves tracks across the dub continuum with dynamic selections that accentuate percussion, groove, and bass. Drawing from her extensive experience playing both pummeling late-night club sets and more cerebral radio hours, Mui Mui’s precise mixing and fearless approach to genre serves to make dance floors feel at once mischievous and cohesive, sacred and sultry. Her training as a classical ballet dancer fuels her love of full body sounds- embracing, welcoming, and guiding the body and mind through her inner narratives. She has held residencies at Noods Radio and Hong Kong Community Radio, and has played to dance floors internationally, including in Tokyo, Montreal, Berlin, and in cities across the US and UK.
