Local STAINS debuts on Panini, impressively. The night rolls sooner, smoother, with an hour of lightly tweaked and wigged out old school progressive, breakbeat, and minimal. These are dance-floor-focused but headsy selections of tunes that bare much character in their subtle intricacies. A style of selecting marked by both expertise and a quietly refined craft which remains wholly functional. One to nerd out on, with feet moving.
